Contract FAQ's

How long will it take to have a contract drafted?

Once we have been instructed, it would take us around 5 to 10 working days to provide a rough draft of the contract for your review.

The time depends on the complexity of the contract.

Can you amend my existing contract?

We will have to review your existing contract to inform you if we can use it as a basis for our drafting work.

What is included in the contract management service?

As stated above, we take over the entire lifecycle of your contracts from:

  • negotiating contracts with client to start legal relationship;
  • amending contracts for clients and getting them executed;
  • dealing with any notices for termination and/or disputes; and
  • concluding any contracts.

We will also cover debt recovery and litigation until court proceedings need to be issued.

Would we have a fixed term for this contract management service?

Our contract management service is a monthly roll on contract, which can be terminated with one months notice. 

This way, it is easier for both parties to part ways if necessary.

How can I get a fixed cost?

We will have a discussion with you to understand your needs and how many clients you deal with to provide you with a fee.

We often provide a trial to clients for £600 + VAT per month, and then assess the work and the fees.
