Wrongful/Avoidful Claims
If you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, the impact this has can be immense. However, it can be even more difficult to process if medical negligence played a role in their passing.
We understand that this is an incredibly emotional and distressing time and that no amount of compensation will repair the damage caused. However, we are here to support you through your claim to help you move forward.
There are various ways in which healthcare professionals may have been negligent in their care causing your loved one to pass away, which may include but are not limited to:
- Care during childbirth
- Delayed diagnosis
- Misdiagnosis
- Delayed treatment
- Incorrect medication administered or prescribed
- Errors during surgery
- Delayed surgery
- Infection contraction
Following the death of a loved one, you may be feeling a lot of worry and stress regarding your financial situation. Claiming for compensation can go a long way in helping you and your family recover, including covering loss of earnings, childcare costs, funeral expenses, pain and suffering caused, financial dependency and other losses.
