Personal Injury
Our client was a cyclist approaching a roundabout, when a driver failed to stop and collided into the client. The client suffered a shattered left wrist radius, and serious anxiety.
This claim was submitted in the MOJ portal, but due to complexity fell out of the portal.
Liability was accepted by the driver’s insurers, and due to our client’s severe injuries, an orthopedic medicolegal report was obtained. The orthopaedic expert recommended our client see a clinical psychologist, to ensure that the full scope of his injuries were addressed.
After various back and forth settlement offers, the claim settled for £175,000, a life changing settlement for our client.
