Anyone can suffer abuse in a relationship which can affect their occupation of the family home. Domestic Violence can be physical, emotional/psychological, sexual, financial or of a harassment nature. Abuse can be between intimate partners or wider family members. Domestic abuse should not be tolerated and there are ways to protect you and any child who is also suffering.
If you require a court Order to stop ongoing abuse, we can apply to the court on your behalf for a protective injunction against the perpetrator. If you need the occupation of your family home to be regulated following (or not) domestic abuse, we can apply to the court on your behalf for an Order doing just that.
