Cohabitation
Our client and her partner had jointly purchased a property during their relationship. Following the breakdown of their relationship, our client wished to end cohabitation. Despite disputes over the value of the property, and therefore the division of equity, our solicitors managed to navigate the agreement, securing an agreement that satisfied both parties. There was also a loan provided by our client’s mother which, following the advice of our solicitors, was able to be repaid.
This case highlights the expertise of our solicitors, and their pursuit of the best quality service when navigating complex situations.
