We would like to inform you about an unfortunate scam being run by individuals claiming to be from CLAIMS.NET LIMITED.
We have been contacted by a number of people recently who have informed us that they have been contacted by individuals claiming to be working for CLAIMS.NET LIMITED. They would inform you that you have won a PPI claim, and they would request various fees to release the money to you.
Please do not engage with these individuals, they are running a scam using a company setup by the Managing Director of Freeman Harris Solicitors.
What should you do if you are approached by these individuals?
Please ignore and report these individuals. You will notice they use generic emails from known internet company, not a claims.net email address.
We especially request that you DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THESE INDIVIDUALS.
As we stated above, sadly, this is a complete scam using a legitimate company owned by Ian Freeman, the Managing Director of Freeman Harris, as a vehicle to con money out of innocent people.
