Talha's Expertise and Specialisation

Talha Fazlani

I started working for Freeman Harris Solicitors back in 2015 with the sole aim of developing the companies IP department. I thoroughly enjoyed the work and started to get involved in other matters beyond marketing and growing departments. Since then, I have developed a keen focus on legal research, drafting and problem-solving. I am currently studying Intellectual Property Law (IP Reg) PGCert, while developing my skills in contract drafting and negotiations.

I overlook marketing and manage some parts of Freeman Harris as a firm. If you make an enquiry with Freeman Harris about a contentious matter, chances are that you will be working with me. I deal with various clients and have a strong grasp of how to resolve legal issues.

My recent highlight include:

  • Drafting contracts and dealing with a complex dispute for the second-biggest content house in Europe.
  • Drafting and negotiating a franchise agreement for an art gallery expanding into London.
  • Overlooking multiple dispute’s for a social media agency and its content creators with a claim in the high court.
  • Assisted a very successful fashion house with their copyright dispute involving infringement of their images.
  • Reviewed contracts for a reality TV show celebrity for talent management.

I primarily work with Ian Freeman, Rajas Chitnis and Abdul Hafezi.
