Rohana Khan

Rohana is a senior solicitor at Freeman Harris and head of the Legal Solutions Partnership office in Dunstable. With over 18 years’ experience in legal practice, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, practical approach to her work across a wide range of matters. Her core areas of practice include civil litigation, personal injury, private family law (including financial remedy and children matters), employment settlement agreements, and independent legal advice (ILA) across a variety of legal and commercial issues.

Rohana began her career at Luminar Leisure as an administrator, working closely with their external solicitors, Poppleston Allen, on licensing and regulatory matters. She then joined Machins Solicitors as Deputy Debt Recovery Manager, overseeing a team of three. Her next role was at Wonway UK Ltd, a leading accident management company serving high-profile clients such as Addison Lee, Lewis Day Transport, and Tristar Cars.

As office manager, she was responsible for a team of five and managed both fault and non-fault motor claims. In 2007, Rohana joined Legal Solutions Partnership as a trainee solicitor and has been with the firm ever since, progressing through the ranks to become a senior solicitor and branch lead. She now manages the Dunstable office and plays a key role in supporting the wider team across the firm’s branches.
