Francesca Nelson

Francesca has worked for Freeman Harris for 7 years and began as a paralegal working in the personal injury department. During this time, she has gained knowledge and experience in Litigation and has further developed her knowledge of personal injury and credit hire matters.

Francesca went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2018 and was keen to develop her knowledge and skills in the private client area as she enjoyed this seat during her training contract.

She is a litigator-turned-private client solicitor and Head of the Wills and Probate Department at Freeman Harris. Francesca currently deals with an array of private client matters, including drafting Wills, LPAs, and completing probate applications, which often involve the administration of estates. She predominantly focuses on probate matters and has experience with cross-border estates.
