Abdul Hafezi

Abdul was admitted as a solicitor in 1986, and has a wide range of experience in dealing with litigations matters.

He started his career on the high street in West London when Solicitors used to tackle all sorts of different matters from writing wills to dispute resolution. He spent the middle part of his career at the city firm Vizards initially as an Assistant, then a Partner before moving to Merricks as a Partner to head their insurance litigation department in Birmingham. At Vizards, Abdul represented many of the household named insurance firms. At Merricks, he was the Lead Partner looking after Chubb Insurance company & many other known insurers. The last firm Abdul spent time in was Wilson & Co in Tottenham before setting up on his own.

After Abdul set up his own firm Hafezis, the purpose was to defend public liability claims against night clubs, department stores and small traders. At his own firm he represented individuals pursing claims for injury and property damage.

Over a career extending three decades he has gained extensive litigation experience and as a Senior Consultant at Freeman Harris, Abdul deals with all types of commercial and general disputes. He brings vast experience to the table as a litigator.
