Enabling Stepchild Adoption: A Heartfelt Success Story

Our local client wished to adopt his stepdaughter and required our assistance in getting this stepchild adoption formalised and approved by a court. Our solicitors facilitated communication between our client and his stepdaughter’s biological father (the other party), confirming amicable agreement to the adoption. Our solicitors then helped our client complete the adoption application, discussing this with the other party’s solicitors, the council and the court.
